CANCELLATIONS –

Of course, it’s understood that from time to time, session times will need to be changed or canceled.
If your cancellation is received by phone, text, or email 24 hours before, there is no charge. If you give later notice, where possible the appointment is reallocated. Otherwise, depending on circumstances, you may be charged the full fee.

CANCELLATIONS BY US –

I reserve the right to cancel a treatment session at any time without giving a reason. 

I will endeavour to cancel 24 hours before the session unless in some exceptional circumstances that may be out of my control. If this happens, I will strive to call and/or email you as soon as is possible.

A full refund will be returned if I cancel a session.

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY –

You agree to take full responsibility for yourself, and to continue any prescribed medication/treatment until advised otherwise by your medical practitioner.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION –

Annie agrees to keep session discussions confidential unless required in law to do otherwise. She fully complies with the Data Protection Act, holds an enhanced DBS disclosure certificate and professional indemnity insurance.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
